THEY HAVE SLAPPED LIENS ON MULTIPLE PROPRIETIES OF MINE AND NOW ARE SEEKING CLAIMS AND SUBPOENAS OF FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCE CASE. I HAVE BEEN THROUGH 2 ATTORNEYS AND HAVE GOTTEN NO WHERE THUS FAR! WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO GET THESE PEOPLE OFF MY BACK? I AM PREPARED TO SETTLE BUT THEY DON'T SEEM WILLING TO NEGOTIATE AT ALL

With the size of your judgment and the complexity of your case, it is incomprehensible why you are seeking legal advice online rather than hiring an attorney. Please speak in person to several attorneys and hire the one you like the best.

These attorneys your up against likely specialize in these cases. They have template forms and processes in place for every conceivable circumstance and can move through the court system seamlessly. If you did move some stuff around post-judgment, then they will likely push until they get that reversed and take you through another citation (if they haven't already figured out all your assets). Lawyers are generally tenacious (especially ones that are on retainer for a bank). You need a solid business litigation attorney to try to help you through a workable settlement. You'd be surprised what a good lawyer can uncover with a little bit of attention. I settled a $500k+ judgment in half because I asked the right questions and pushed for a trial. You're past the trial stage it seems, but keep the faith and please find a lawyer or two on or through the CBA.

Time is money. Even if you cannot win and vacate a judgment the bank will make a deal when faced with the prospect of a long drawn out fight to get paid back. The wheels of justice move slow and it's very expensive for the bank to speed them up. Good luck.

I have dealt with thus type of thing -- I am not taking new cases so please do not misinterpret that comment. Your expectations are too high. Do you think attorneys have secret methods that can make a jufmdgment go away? Judgments are the coin of the realm. The bank will settle with you - if at all - when they have something to gain. "going through" two lawyers will only make it more difficult to find a third one. All caps flames doesn't help either. Those of us that represent debtors in these situations are a bit of a community. Please reconsider your stance so you can get some help.

Talk to a chapter 11 attorney and consider throwing some protection around your assets. You need counsel and I understand that you are in a tough position but you need action immediately. Find someone with a track record and be prepared to hire the best.
