Judgement In Bankrurtcy for wages

I currently have a 40000 judgement against my former employer for wages its against his now defunct company in both his professional and personal capacity.He owns 3 more companies since going out of business of the previous one I worked for.He is the owner\president of these companies.The one is a real estate holding company which his divorced wife house was sold for $1 to the company and his current residence is also owned by the company as to hide them from collections.My question is can I still go after this stuff as he has claimed chapter 7.Plus all the previous equipment he owned is now on craigslist and the other two companies he owns are up and running.How would I approach this with the courts on how he is hiding all his previous assets.
