How can I file an immediate injunction against my landlord (who I live with) who is retaliating against me daily?

I am filing suit against my landlord for retaliation, theft, risk of injury to my animal and rights violations and now she is assuming daily retaliation against me and I want a court order (immediate) to inform her of a cease and desist of her actions. I am pleading for immediate help!

TO obtain a temporary restraining order you must petition and show the likelihood of success for permanent relief. Good luck.

If you have been subjected to a continuous threat of present physical pain or physical injury, stalking or a pattern of threatening by person you reside or resided with, then you may want to consider filing an Application for relief from abuse.
