How much time do I have to respond once my Motion to Strike is denied? (this Motion has still not been heard)

Can I respond with a Motion to Compel? I sent a "good faith effort" letter to the Plaintiff because they had objected to every single one of the requests (admissions and production)I had initially submitted to them. Do they have thirty days from the receipt of this "good faith letter" to respond to my requests? Thanks to those that take the time to answer my questions.

After a motion to strike you have to file an Answer. You have 15 days to do that. A Motion to Compel is a discovery motion, not a pleading, so it does not follow pleading timelines. Chapter 13 of the practice book describes what you must do before filing a motion on discovery objections.

A Good Fauth letter is not a proper pleading so they don't even have to respond
