I received a speeding ticket on the Mass Pike yesterday in Boston from an Environmental Police officer with agency code DLL.
What does the agency code DLL stand for?

THis is not an enviromental issue... I am unfamiliar with Mass codes but I suspect it is an old holdover from when the 55 mile speed limit was put in place.. speeding from 55 to 70 was an enviromental code.(and did not give points).. in many places that code is still in existence
