This response is not intended to create an attorney-client relationship. The information offered in this response is for general informational purposes and is not a legal consultation. You must talk with an attorney of your choice before making any decision about your actual legal rights. Yes. “Power of attorney” means a written instrument, however denominated, that is executed by a natural person having the capacity to contract and that grants authority to an attorney-in-fact. Cal. Prob. Code § 4022 The word “person” includes a corporation as well as a natural person. Cal. Civ. Proc. Code § 17

I agree with Mr. Stumpf and Mr. Collins. You may select a corporation to act as attorney in fact. For example, a bank or trust company (perhaps one that has also agreed to serve as trustee under a trust created by you) may in some cases be willing to act as attorney in fact under a durable power of attorney.
